Control systems for laser cutting machines

For our own manufactured cutting machines we have developed a reliable and intuitive system that has been used on many machines for many years. The system allows control of reversible, driven X, Y, Z gantry with rotary or linear motors. The basis of the CNC and PLC control system is a powerful industrial computer operating in runtime.

For control and visualization is a separate control panel with a computer equipped with 24" LCD monitor with a capacitive touch screen. The control panel is complemented by a proportional joystick that allows smooth manual movement in the X, Y axes. The front panel of the control panel has a USB 3.0 connector for data transfer, parameter backup and service. The design of the control panel can be customized to meet the user's current requirements.
